Commercial Landscape Cleanup

We know sometimes commercial properties become overgrown for a number of reasons. Most often when we do a commercial landscape cleanup the property has been abandoned for a period of time before the new tenants or landlords take it over. Residential cleanups can be overwhelming however commercial cleanups can be down right apocalyptic in nature.

The picture above was taken on one such property where it was vacant for 3 years with no maintenance during that time. The property was completely covered in leaves that had rotten into soil. The soil had to be removed from the patio and 2-3 feet along all edges of the parking lot and driveways. The trees weren't trimmed and were contacting the roof in several areas and the roof itself and gutters were covered in sticks and leaves. The natural areas that surround the parking lots and driveways were full of vines and saplings that had to be removed. The total time to complete this job was 4 days.

Shortly after completing this project the business was able to safely open its doors and start making money.
